T-J Model Trains offers the following Returns Policy: - If customers found the item has a manufacturer defect when item arrived, please contact us.
- The item shall be accompanied with a letter explaining the issue, including the condition of the item when received and what troubleshooting performed along with your name and purchase information.
- Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing exchanges, store credits or refunds.
- If the customer would like a refund rather than replacement, we are welcome to do so, shipping charges are not refundable. The refund procedure will be processed within 7 business days after we receiving and checking the items.
- The item must be returned with its original box and packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards, and insured for the full purchase price and shipped to us via a traceable means. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit while returning the item to us.
